Floyd County Youth CouncilThe Floyd County Youth Council was created in 2000. Since then the council has participated in the 2005 Health Fair, Mall Advocacy event to teach on tobacco awareness, fund raiser for hygiene equipment for young ladies in group homes, and tulip planting for Red Ribbon Week.
